To get to Hamilton from Toronto you would actually take a GO Transit train or bus (train runs rush hour only). Go to
http://gotransit.com, it will give you all the details. You'd leave from Union Station. Apparently the venue is quite close by to the Go station in Hamilton. I'm DEFINITELY making a test run before show day (I'd really rather not get lost en route when it counts, LOL!) , so I can let you know exactly how long and how easy it is to get there then, but according to one of my friends it takes roughly an hour to get there and should be around $20 round trip.
