Perhaps it is because the poster boys for fascism, Mussolini and Hitler, were all about providing universal health care to the chagrain of private industry
Moreover, had he bothered to read the entire wikipedia article (note -- he shunned the use of wikipedia earlier because anyone could have written it) -- he would have realized that a Federal universal health care bill hardly meets the core tenets of fascism, much less Obama's plan seen here
