That would be right. They became a public nuisance. Prostitutes would hang out in them and service their clients right then and there. Drug dealers too. Homeless people would hang out in them and do what a lot of them are doing to the rest of Seattle. They were supposed to be self cleaning. Maybe we could send them with the Sonics.
