I didn't go for tier 1 last time...I sat first row tier 2 but it was table seating at the time.
Oh have I a story to tell about Kristen who was at the table behind me! hehe.
Anyway, yes, call the box...they will give you the price of the ticket that includes the tier 1 seating
and access to the lounge.
