At this point, I'm just thrilled there is an album! I commend Lindsey for still having it in him, really. It's the same way I commended Paul McCartney for keeping it up enough to release something as gorgeous as
Chaos and Creation in the Backyard and Bob Dylan for his
Time Out of Mind/Love and Theft/Modern Times trilogy, and Mark Knopfler, Emmylou Harris, shoot, any one of them that is still releasing quality stuff I can dig.
I may be the exception, but
Under the Skin was really beautiful to me. I totally loved/love it and was so thrilled to see his show. I'm not as shocked the second time around, but I'm just about as excited. Plus, he may have Twist of Fate on there.
That calls for celebration.
