I suppose they can put down temporary seats when they choose to but every concert I have attended there has been general admission without assigned seating, so that it doesn't matter when you buy your ticket as there is no "front row" seats. But I could be wrong, it's very possible they'll put down seats for this show. Guess we'll have to see.
