Joe Millionaire is not an American chat show. It's a reality television show in which twenty girls are picked to court with a man who actually makes $19,000 a year, but tells the girls that he is a millionaire. He then eliminates so many girls each episode trying to pick the one who likes him for him and not the millions of dollars he has. Once he's picked his girl, he has to confess his lie to them. I've been watching it since the debut...it's very interesting and absolutely hysterical (the part about lying to them...whoever gets picked thinks she's gonna marry a millionaire, THAT'S gonna be great television to watch). Luckily, I watch so much reality television and have so much homework to do that I tape Joe M. every Monday...so I'll be going through and looking for it.
