I liked the re-issues as they give you a good understanding of how the songs developed - it is fascinating to hear how they started and then to play the final album version of the track when Lindsey brings it all together. My disappointment with them was hearing stuff that should have been on the final takes but wasn't. For example the ending to You Make Loving Fun on the demos and the intro to Never Going Back Again were way better than the final album tracks. Good stuff though and the liner notes were superb.
