I've always enjoyed brussels sprouts because, apart from Brussels being a city in Belgium where Gerald lives & works, I believe that brussels sprouts have a delicous flavor & they look so cute -- just like miniature cabbages. They make me think of that line from Edward Lear or somebody: " . . . of cabbages & kings."
