Also, emballed felon has a choice, and that's what it's really about a la Roe. Actually, they used to castrate them up until around 1900 or so. I think they still may castrate them in parts of Europe.

Eunochs are very handy. Like if you have a palace, you can staff the harem with eunochs and they won't bother the princesses or anything. Someday, when I have my own palace and harem, I might hire some eunochs as well. We'd all live together with not a care in the world, arms entwined singing "if I had a hammer".
