He's doing 'The Face' here. Bill Clinton also used to do 'The Face', especially when he was trying to look serious- like laying a wreath at some memorial or something. My ex-partner, when I'd find the liquor bottles hidden in the laundry room or in the back of the closet, also used to do 'The Face'.
