Can someone explain how a server can bring a site down? I thought the site is "powered" on another server and that is what you pay a montlhy fee for? So to me the issue would be if the monthly payment got paid, correct? The site does not reside on somemones home computer does it? I thought that was the reason for "supporting memberships." To help cover the monthly cost.
