I can see how the whole band might consider the book an invasion of privacy. I don't think Mick wrote about
everyone with "special love," but certainly he applied that to Christine and John, neither of whom he was angry with at the time.
Not everything he said about John was good, but none of it was anything John hasn't admitted himself. Michele
