I've been on since 2001 too. Such a lame-ass, I have only approx 300. LOL. In the past, I posted erratically. Sometimes perhaps a year or two would pass before I'd post again. And even then, perhaps 3 or 4 a year. I'm like Stevie, or Kate Bush- takes me forever to produce something. And I always feel that if I am going to post something, it will be meaningful. Otherwsie, I'd simply pop in a few dozen 'LOL' or bouncing smiley's as responses each week to keep my count climbing.
As I've said, size doesn't matter to me. (except for when it comes to my men. Then size means everything..)
