They included just a teeny snip of a live 'Angel', and it is definately not the 'Angel' that was included in the 'Tusk' tour doc. It's confusing, because the '20/20' piece seems to be focused on the record biz and Warner Brothers and in general the dynamic of the band and their thoughts on the new material, but the 'Angel' clip seems to be from a show late in the tour. Why do I think this? Because Stevie isn't wearing the off-white dress, orange shawl, scarf, or hair-bun that we typically associate with that tour. Instead, she's wearing a black short-sleaved lace top, very similar (or the same) that she wore on the 'Mirage' cover.
Or am I imagining this?
Anyway, the 'Angel' clip features just the "whoah to track a ghost through the fog, whoah you try hard but you'll never catch me..." segment of the song but Stevie looks unbelievably sexy because she has all that glorious moussey, bushy 'Tusk' hair all mushed up in her hands above her head. Like as if her neck was getting hot or something. I'd never seen her do that before, or since! And LB was playing some smoking guitar too. I'd LOVE to see or hear the whole performance, or even see that '20/20' clip again. On 'Youtube' there are some portions on the segment, but unfortunately last time I checked, the Stevie/'Angel' snippet was not among them.

You're not totally imagining it, Pete, but I'll try to explain. 20/20 ran a few months after the end of the tour in 1980. The live footage (Go Your Own Way, Angel, Sisters of the Moon, The Chain, Not That Funny, Songbird) was all shot in Cleveland in May 1980. So that was about six months after the things filmed for the commercial documentary. Everybody thinks of the beret Stevie as the "Angel" Stevie, & it was, but not for the whole tour. I call that look the 1979 look, or the "First Leg" look.
Plus, I never ran into Stevie on Pirates of the Caribbean.
