It's only 216 pages long, and measures 9 x 7 inches, smaller than a typical hardcover book. I wouldn't pay $45 for a book that size even it had a mink cover and was signed in gold ink by Jesus himself.
OTOH, if Neal Preston got around to making a coffee table book with his Fleetwood Mac photos, and wanted $45 for it, I'd be first in line.
