Mac & Cheese is a big comfort food.
So are pork chops that are slowly simmered in cream of onion soup.
And speaking of soups, I make tortilla soup at least once a week during the winter. My best friend Patrick will specifically ask me to make it.
I have not had any of my comfort foods, though, as it is still 83 degrees here in south Texas.
