Well,
Destiny Rules kind of outlined how the artist has to pay for the extra songs. So, I wouldn't say that Neil Diamond was being stingy, he just wasn't splurging
. Since then, I have paid attention to how many of the cds I purchase have exactly 12 songs. I didn't really notice before.
