Has Lindsey responded at all?
I remember Bryan Ferry saying that he thought it was a tacky thing to do when Jerry Hall wrote about him in her autobiography. She left him for Mick Jagger, you know. But he had no comment and said he would never do something like that. I'm sure Lindsey will take it as gracefully?
