No really - I totally, 100% agree with you. I've come to realize this more and more as time goes by. As they said in the Rumours doc., "You'd recognize that baseline anywhere." I think that Stevie is HEAVILY dependent on him; for example in "Rhiannon." And he's amazing in The Chain. Those, i.m.o., are just the two most-obvious examples. For those who have never had the pleasure, take the time, somewhere down the line, to sort of "tune Lindsey and Stevie out" and listen to John, and to how John and Mick "play off of" each other. It's
truly remarkable and I feel certain that Stevie and Lindsey would agree. i.m.o. this rings true both pre-and post- S & L.
P.S.: Fleetwood who??? Oh MAC - right!
