Well, there's always the "possiblilty" in the most strict interpretation of the word, but I seriously doubt that it happened. I would give credit that it was just a great splice/mix of the tape to get John Courage's intro to blend with the intro of "Station Man". For all the times I've seen them...especially during this era..."Station Man" was ALWAYS the second song of the set...right up until "Monday Morning" took its place in the set in mid- Rumours tour.
EDIT: One exception...the outdoor concert that was filmed for the Rosebud video. They opened with "Sunny Side Of Heaven" and then played "Say You Love Me" second, with "Station Man" third".
