Because I thought and still think it was a relevant point. Again, I never meant to imply that. I am sorry you took it that way. Hopefully, my clarification helped.

I think that indicates that I was asking for comments and/or opinions into that thought process and whether it existed in this thread because the specific post I noted suggested that it did.
So, I do not think the implication was warranted. But and again, I did not mean what you say.
