Damages--anyone see this premiere last week? WOW. I was riveted. And Glenn Close is one of my favorites. Only problem with this show is it is yet another serial. I swear, if it gets cancelled before it wraps up like the zillion other shows I watched last year, I'm done with television.
Saving Grace--Not sure yet. I love Holly Hunter, but not sure I like her character. And I'm just not sure how many more cop shows I can handle. I like that it takes place in Oklahoma City, something different.
Closer--I just caught on to this show and need to rent the previous seasons. Like I said above, I'm kind of sick of the cop shows, but the acting is quite good in this one. I go back and forth between loving Det. Johnson and wanting to wring her neck.
RIP--Rockstar. Summer just isn't the same without it.

Still love (and in new seasons)

I saw the new Holly Hunter show (Amazing Grace) and it is lame. It should not be following The Closer. Hunter and Segewick look the same, both cops.

I missed Damages. Not sure I want to keep up with another show oever the summer. Loving The Closer, as usual. Anyone else thinking she's knocked up?
Saving Grace. Hmmm. Well. I want to like it. I like all the actors, esp. Holly. The ep. this past week shocked me with the ending. But like Ricky, I don't know if I like her character enough - she's kind of an asshole.

I know, that's the point, for her to make her life better or whatever. But I'm still unsure. I like Earl, the idea of him, I LOVE Laura San Giacomo (I spelled that totally wrong.) But the writing seems amateur to me, like any generic cop show. I dunno. That sex scene the series opened with was pretty hot, but I was worried I might see her vajay.

Pretty racey for TNT.
