That, that large mass of people, is what will keep a community alive, not one individual. So don't let a new potential owner/s keep you away from a tradition that you have held dear for years..... ethan, new administration could change a lot around here. look at the difference between the ledge and seven wonders. the difference in membership is not the only difference there is. i can understand why sarah would want to leave if new people bought this place and ****ed it up.
