I'm all for investigating the hell out of Bush and Cheney, but Jackson Jr. seems to be saying he wants to impeach because of the commutation and that Bush "went too far". Bush may have gone too far politically, ethically, etc. (and I believe he did), but not legally.
And Obama's not really my man anymore since going to his less than impressive public appearance in Oakland. I'm undecided and hoping for Gore to jump in. Otherwise I'll probably vote for Edwards.
