seriously, i don't love her choice in music, but the girl can sing. i got free tix to a concert of hers in montreal about 10 years ago. i never would have paid to see her, but i have to say, she puts on an incredible show.
(and i can't believe i just said that out loud)
oh, bite me. i have a soft spot for her, ok? she's from my home town. i remember when she was skinny and gangly and had buck teeth. i was cheering my ass off when she won the oscar for best song.
