WISYA is so tender and sad, it's brilliantly understated on the album, I think.
And for me as well, it's Lindsey's part at the end that really gets me!!
It's the lyric change from "
When I see you" to "
If I see you" that's so tragic. I wonder whose idea that was, Stevie's or Lindsey's?
I think this alternate mix is better than the album version, though; the way the voices blend at the end and kind of answer each other just fits the whole thing better and brings out that sadness, in my opinion.
