Way back in the years before The Dance came out, there was speculation and chatter about a full Rumours-era reunion, and I just thought it sounded so ridiculously far-fetched. After all, Christine (at the time) was in her mid 50's and "retired." And Lindsey had slapped and chased Stevie around Christine's house back in the day... But then, as it turned out... well, the rest is history. As such, I am never going to say never, ever again. Christine herself has said in recent years that she thinks about FM every day. I would find it hard to believe that there isn't a part of her that longs for the chemistry, the energy and the drama of being in the FM machine.
Anyway, I wish Stevie would stop talking about her currently fabulous creative streak, and actually do something about it! Action, not words, Sistah Honey! Rehashing your old singles and rehashing the same old setlist on tour is hardly what I would consider productively channeling one's "crystal visions."
