No way it is - the idiot judge (likely posturing for his six digit saleable story) did not conduct a hearing, leaving room for appeal, which will be filed today. I think as of now, she is at the medical part of the prison.
In the end, I say if she could haul out to the MTV Awards, where I heard she was booed, the night she went to jail, she is not that bad off
