It wasn't on an Everly Brothers album. It was on Phil's last solo album. And, you're right. I'd hardly call it a duet. She's just harmonizing near the end. I think she just got carried away a bit in describing her vocals because she idolized the Everly Brothers.
I like the song, by the way.
