I'm surprised that Stevie would have met Bowie that night- he was over two hours late. Then again, the coke probably kept her spinning around backstage for hours and hours and hours.
I remember how filthy I was that day. I was wearing lemon yellow Op cord shorts and by the time Stevie came on stage they were black Op cord shorts.
