As for this case, it has been pending since 2002. Don't you think Kim would have alleged the abuse by now if it were there. She apparently has no issue with using her daughter, so that is not the reason why. And, if she alleged abuse in the court and could prove it via Ireland's statements, the Court would halt the visitation immediately. I say that because it did in this case based on a VM that in no way threatened physical abuse.
As for the set you straight line, what parent has not told their kid something to that effect (behave or else - you better straighten up - we are having a serious talk when I get home, etc. ) in a phone call. I know of none.

she HAS alleged abuse. She stated in her court papers that Alec was violent to her, causing her back injury. Im not saying Alec hits his daughter, I have no way of knowing that. But Alec does have a history of physical violence with Kim (and others, please see my previous posts) as well as verbal abuse to others.
by the way: Ive already sent an email to the executives at ABC decrying their willingness to give an abuser a platform from which to excuse his bad acts. What an ass, and shame on Disney corp (whose employees were recently fingered in a sex scandal!!) for allowing it via ABC.
