Kelly, as far as I know the physical abuse was by Alec to Kim. Ive not seen any hard evidence that Alec ever got physical with his daughter, but I do know that verbal abuse and physical abuse often go hand in hand generally speaking.
as for your question re: Ireland being safer (I assume you're referring to MY prior comment) 1) I believe the Courts will take steps to ensure her safety based on this voicemail and 2) Alec will be more circumspect in his treatment of her.
btw, Im not surprised Alec's family is publicly supporting him, thats to be expected isnt it??
In an ideal world, divorcing parents would set aside their personal feelings about their ex, and work in concert for the good of the children. Im not sure where the hatred in this case stems from but apparently there must be SOME reason why these two are so locked in this power struggle
