Kinda like in school, when B copies off A, C copies off B...etc etc etc....then the entire class ends up with A's mistakes, and you think the teacher is Sherlock Holmes when he/she says "you all copied off A didn't you!!"
p.s. if they did do that, they should have given The Penguin credit in the album notes..hell, they should give The Penguin credit
