yeah. the bosox bit it hard yesterday. i watched the game from a treadmill at the gym, gesturing wildly and yelling a bit. i'm still mourning the loss of trot, and losing the first game effed my whole day up. gah!
on the bright side, i put up my favorite bulletin board in my classroom this week. it's completely garish. the kids love it. we track the AL East through the end of the school year, and they always stop back after the summer to give me **** about the standings.
early prediction: we get going in june and finish the summer trailing Those Who We Do Not Refer To By Name by only a few games. i think it'll take a while for the new lineup to gel, but we definitely have a chance.
