She doesn't lower the key of hardly anything she does. She just changes the melody by lowering it quite a bit. I know Landslide has been lowered a whole lot and Beautiful Child was one half step down (funny that gldstwmn cited it as one that's in the original key). In fact, I am shocked that she doesn't lower everything even a half step because it would help her immensely. So I think she is worried about lowering keys, probably wanting to preserve the music the way it was and should be.
