No, it was 1972-1976 and I miss high school because it was alot of fun. If you are active in alot of school clubs and sport and usually best if you lived in one place as a kid so you would know most of the kids in your high school is best.
Unfortunately, my kids had to move around alot growing up and my girls made friends much easier than my son. He still has problems making friends and I think alot of young men are this way. Girls seem to have an easier time and need those friendships in their lives. Boys need them too but sometimes not willing to take the time to form relationships.
If you are friendly to everyone, then you will have an easier time. I was pretty shy but still managed to have about 10 good friends that remained in my life up through my 20's and about four of them are still good friends today and I just recently turned 50. I see alot of kids in school today that are so busy with their cell phones that they don't actually talk face to face with people anymore. Unfortunately, the Internet and cell phones and other gadgets make personal relationships less personal today.
