I was told any number of times, "these are the best years of your life" and "you're going to miss being in high school."
I knew better though, and not even for one second in the past 17 years have I ever missed high school.
I skipped my 10th reunion, and I'm sure I'll pass on my 20th, too.
Most of the few people I was friends with, I'm still in touch with -- and I have no desire to see any of the rest. So there's no need to attend class reunions.
