'Cause you do live in a place with harsh winters (like me), remember to only use luke-warm water to wash your face, not too hot (tiny capillaries can rupture if the water is too hot). It is also a good idea to add a bit of warm water to your lotion to help it soak into your face.
Tip: Thinking of a naked Lindsey Bucky while moisturizing can help bring a rosy flush to your cheeks!!
At least it does for me, 'cause I love him!!
