Yes, her last Today show appearance in September 2005 was a great experience, especially seeing/hearing the soundchecks and Mama sans facepaint
, etc. But I was really peeved that right before her segment, they had that section right in front of the stage reserved for the Today show staffers, flackies, cast of "Chicago," etc.
Plus one of the camera rigs was right in my line of view. Still... can't wait for this!
I wouldn't count on this being outdoors! I don't think the outdoor "Summer Concert Series" in the plaza kicks off until sometime in April.
So I wonder what the protocol is for getting inside of the studio. I get the impression that it's strictly invitation-only due to limited capacity.
