^ Yes! Or when you're at a signal that uses sensors. I don't know how it works, but you can see the lines on the road where your car is supposed to sit which lets the signal know that there is, in fact, a vehicle there that needs to turn. I assume it's the weight of the car. Anyway, everyone & anyone can see these lines - so don't sit 10 feet behind them or you'll NEVER get the F'ing arrow!
