Absolutely not. I have control. I'm ALWAYS in control. Usually, I only have a couple/few, at the end of the night, to help me get sleepy(okay, that's not necessarily true, when he stays over.....but it's true, the rest of the time).

And I'm such a type "A" personality, it's REALLY hard for me to wind down.
