Everyone who replied with your kind and understanding words will always have a special place in my heart. I had to take out some emoticons to fit everything, but everyone gets a kissy guy from me.

Thank you. I'll have to peruse your latest Stevie pic thread with hilarious commentary to cheer me up.

I know once my vet worked with me when my Buster needed treatment and I had no money.I gave him my camera and some jewlery to hold until the bill was paid..Just a suggestion and perhaps your vet will have heart and work with you on this .if it is important to have Vinnies remains with you.Just remember that no matter what.Vinnie and his love will be with you always.,.for the Love never dies..and if you need to talk about anything ..you can pm me and or go to
www.petloss.com .lots of folks there understand...
thinking of you..Jill Moonchilde
Thank you. I was able to find a private cremation service in my price range. He will be with me, I know, I just wish I could hear his voice. His spirit is pretty fricking quiet! lol.

Thanks, Jazzy. Yeah, there's just one big tree in my "yard", so I'm sure it is that one. Did you meet Vinnie? You must have. It's kind of stupid, but I keep wanting to talk to people who met him, and have them say "oh, he was great!"
You know, I think he actually sang louder than you...

If you decide to bury him, you don't have to dig incredibly deep, just a foot or two, then put something heavy over the top for a while in case of foxes etc. I mean, I don't know if you have many foxes round there, but anyway.. Take care
This made me laugh, thank you so much. Yeah, we don't have too many foxes. We have coons that would have gotten him, though.

Thank you. I know many here have lost a pet. This is my first one since I've been a grown up.

And don't feel like you're being irrational for wanting him "with you." A lot of people do. I had my old cat, Timmy, cremated and his ashes are in a cedar box on my dresser, surrounded by framed photos of him. Most of my rats that have passed have also been cremated and are arranged on a shelf with photos of them. Everybody copes with loss in their own way, so don't think that there's anything wrong with any of the feelings you're experiencing now.

Poor Vinnie, and what a cutie he was.
Thank you. That is really nice, how you have all your deceased pets. I feel better, your words were comforting. I was having a little trouble justifying the cost, since I still have live pets to take care of. Thanks for saying he was a cutie, I love that so much.

I thought of you and Shelly. Thank you so much. Pet your fatboy for me, and thanks for saying my little goofer is handsome.

I'm doing better, thank you so much. Isn't it funny, when they're with you and they talk so much and so loud you get kind of annoyed a lot, even though you still like it and think it is funny. Now I miss that sound. I don't know if your cat miaows as much, enough to be annoying. I mean, Vinnie miaowed all the time, really loud...

Thank you. As long as you are praying for him, he really likes burgers...lol.

Thanks, Seeker. More likely he is watching me from Allysian fields of Burger King...hehehehe.
