I wondered about an appeal. If the ruling comes down Friday afternoon, will any appeals court want to touch this with a ten foot pole? To possibly delay moving a decomposing body to her final resting place?
This Judge is a friggin idiot, it could not be more obvious that he is trying his damndest to get jurisdiction over ALL the matters, including paternity. Thank God CA would not agree to that.
I have said before, I cannot stand Debra Opri. she is an aggressive, obnoxious, heartless bitch. Poor Vergie had to be treated with kid gloves but Howard could be ripped a new one repeatedly. The whole spectacle infuriates me and does not even remotely resemble a normal court proceeding. Rules of evidence do not apply to this Judge.
