I met him today. He had me get in one of his photos, told me a story about Stevie and his mom (he saw I had my gold moon on today.....I KNEW he would see it!) and was VERY gracious. What a nice guy. I couldn't go to the one near my house in Carlsbad because I couldn't get off of work earlier, so I drove to La Mesa today instead. It worked out perfectly...I got there about 30 minutes before Mick arrived and only had to wait another half hour to get my stuff signed (a bottle of wine and two vintage magazines...which he really liked!)...by the time I was done having my things autographed, there was a HUGE line....we had perfect timing today.
What an awesome experience...........
