It would be difficult to do as Bahamian law governs this case.

While this child was not really abducted because paternity has yet to be established in The Bahamas and Stern is presumed to be the father, it is good for general info.
Interestingly, the photographer who alleges paternity should have filed the suit in The Bahamas because that is the proper jurisdiction. If he had done so, the DNA testing would be over and done with. That he did not IMO weighs against his credibility.
