I don't think it would work. After the first date welcomed with amazed, heartfelt and grateful "Thank You Stevie", "Brilliant Lindsey" comments all the "listless," "uninspired," "pitchy," "off-key," "avoided the high notes," "needed Christine," "was ruined by all of the additional musicians," etc., etc." repertoire would start again.
