I just found that I could type a lot better without the nails. and I found other ways to spend the money that I spent on the nails - like La Mer.
So now I'm just the opposite. If my nails get above the finger line I file them down because they bother me. If you think you might want to keep your nails off for a while, there is this great stuff called Nailtiques that will do miraculous things to rejuvenate your natural nails. You can get it at most of the beauty supply stores.
