I have not, I have only heard this from other people, more than one, who attempted to get things but did not. That is why I used the caveat "I
think" - because my info is not personal, but from friends. Perhaps I could have also said "I've heard from more than one person...".
Anyway, everyone, it didn't happen to me, friends told me it happened to them, so take it as second hand news.
