When you factor in the ticket prices(compared to Tom Petty, and the like).......that tells me that it's only about one thing. Making big bucks.

OKAY, I'd like to see Bob Welch, and Jeremy Spencer join in the tour, as additional musicians(Jeremy might be genre limited, stylistically, but Bob's not). Let them do 3-4 songs each. THAT would make for a tour of the variety, that I'd still pay to see.
You make a good point and I agree with you. Personally on the last tour I would have loved to have seen the entire Say You Will album played live + Stand Back and that would have been amazing. The band all seems to talk about the same concert that scared them to not to do too many obscure songs on stage. The concert where they played the whole Rumours album and they got a bad response. If I see Running Through the Garden or Miranda on the next tour ill be ecstatic.
